STAFF

At present my staff consists of myself, John, Tim, Bob, Tia, and Krista.

Tim became a Certified Tax Professional in 2005. He attended College at Northwest State Community College. Tim specializes in 1040EZ, 1040A and 1040 returns. He is in charge of Sales.

John supports and believes in my business. John takes care of the Web-Design, Customer Relations, Advertising, Marketing and is a wonderful husband and supporter.

Bob is our Human Resource Manager, Safety Coordinator and Tax Preparer. Bob is in charge of safety training and interviewing. He is in charge of Human Resources and assists with scheduling appointments, etc. He is currently attending Tax Wise University to become a Certified Tax Consultant. Bob is not only the one who convinced me to start my own business, but is also a great dad! Bob is attending Tax Wise University to become a Certified Tax Professional.

Tia has attended Heidelberg University, Defiance College and Ashland University. She has Masters Level Classes taken in Organizational Management and Education. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Business Management and has prior experience in Payroll, Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation.

My clients have the option of being present while their taxes are prepared or dropping their taxes off and picking them up when they are completed. I have clients in the U.S. (as far away as Colorado) and several International Accounts. I stay in contact with my clients via phone, email, mail, fax and in person.

I offer Tax Seminars to inform Individuals, Self-Employed, Farms, Rentals, and Businesses regarding the deductions they can legally take and to help them prepare their records for tax preparation. I will be offering small business seminars in the near future.

It is my policy to make my business as convenient as possible for my clients. I schedule appointments morning, afternoon, evening and weekends, depending on the clients needs and schedules. We are closed on Sunday to enjoy family time. Our hours from January 15th-April 15th (during tax season) are 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. From April 16th to January 14th our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Other hours are by appointment.
