My Fees & Rates are Reasonable......
When I was manager of an office for a large tax firm, I cringed every time I had to tell someone how much they had to pay to get their taxes done. I have had to struggle financially in my life at times and I know what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck. I wanted to open an office where people can get a professional job at an affordable price. I enjoy my work, but I could not enjoy it if I am cringing when I tell people how much they owe me. Our office is unique in that we offer on-site training and assistance to your staff along with office organization. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our clients while building a business relationship with them.
My rates include Federal, State, City, School and *FREE E-Filing. My rates for 2009 are:

Fees are due and payable at the time preparation is completed.
Rates for Payroll:
$25 per hour to set up Quick Books
$25 per payroll for 1-10 employees
$40 per payroll for 11-25 employees
$75 per payroll for 26-40 employees
$100 per payroll for 41-70 employees
$135 per payroll for 71-100 employees
Call for pricing over 100 employees
$35 prepare payroll Quarterly payroll reports
$25 per month to prepare monthly payroll reports
$15 to prepare Sales Tax reports
$15 to prepare BWC reports
$25 per hour to prepare W-2's and 1099's
DIRECT DEPOSIT OFFERED AT NO EXTRA COST.
Bookkeeping rates are $25.00 per hour. Includes Data Entry, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bill Paying, Invoicing, Collections, Office Organization, Filing, Preparing Financial Reports, etc.
All Payroll and Bookkeeping accounts are invoiced on the last business day of the month net 15 days. Accounts not paid net 15 days will be subject to a $25.00 penalty.
